Demand and pipeline

Outbound and SDR services is one of 7 categories in the Demand and pipeline group. Firms that work on creating and converting B2B demand into pipeline: programmes, paid media, outbound, operations and lifecycle. An agency has one main category and up to three others, so the same firm can appear on several of these pages.

Demand generation
Programmes that create and capture demand for B2B companies across channels, measured in pipeline and revenue.
ABM
Account-based marketing: programmes aimed at named target accounts, from one-to-one to programmatic, often run with sales.
Paid search
Planning, buying and managing search advertising such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including shopping and performance campaigns.
Paid social
Planning, buying and managing advertising on social platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and Reddit.
Marketing operations and RevOps
Setting up and running marketing and revenue systems: CRM and automation platforms, data, routing, reporting and process.
Lifecycle and email
Email, SMS and lifecycle programmes for onboarding, retention and expansion, including platform setup and deliverability.

How agencies are listed

Alphabetical, unranked, never sold. The vault lists agencies in alphabetical order. You can narrow a list by category, service, industry or region; nothing else changes the order. There are no scores, grades, stars, badges or featured places, and no agency pays to be listed, to be listed sooner or to be described differently.

What we check, and how. Every fact in an entry comes from the agency's own website: its home page and pages such as about, services, work, pricing and offices. We read those pages on the date shown on the entry. For each statement, the record keeps the address of the page and a passage copied from it word for word, and software checks that the passage is on that page before the statement is published. A statement whose passage cannot be found is left out.

What is opinion. Each entry may carry a short note headed "Who it fits". It is our reading of who the agency's own pages say it serves: company stage and size, industries, the problems it says it takes on, and how a client engages. It is labelled as opinion on the page. It never recommends an agency, never compares one agency with another and names no other company.

The full method, including how an agency claims its entry or asks for a correction, is on how the agency vault works.
